Spearheaded by Goodwill of Orange County with a host of community partners and organizations, available veteran services include, but are not limited to:
Basic Needs
Immediate assistance with food, hygiene and transportation.
Veteran Housing
Serving as a central access point for unstably housed and homeless veterans in Orange County.
VA Benefits
Linkage to the Veteran Service Office and Wounded Warrior Project for service connected benefits and education benefits.
Legal Assistance
Direct connection to our in-house partner, Veterans Legal Institute, for pro bono legal assistance.
Employment Assistance
Career counseling, mock interviews, networking, training and direct connection with local employers.
Behavioral Health Services
Warm referrals to qualified behavioral health providers.
Emergency Financial Assistance
One-time financial assistance for immediate crisis needs.
Peer Support Services
Wrap around support to ensure all needs are addressed.
Our Commitment To You
As a member of the Orange County Veterans and Military Families Collaborative, a coalition of more than 100 qualified veteran service providers, your peer navigator will connect you to additional resources outside of the Tierney Center as they continue to advocate for you. Throughout the entire process, your peer navigator will remain in contact with, even after all your needs have been met.
